Driving home last night the battery died on my car. First the check battery light came on. Then the ABS light, then the security light, then the brake light... anything that requires power. Then the dash lights and my headlights started fading. I knew the end was near... I jumped on the gas, but the car wasn't getting any more juice. Then I lost all power, and was able to coast to the shoulder on the Belt Parkway. To make a long story short (I know, too late), I had to wait 2+ hours for the tow truck. So now I'm waiting for the garage to fix it (I think its just the battery and alternator). The good news today is that I go to sign my new apartment lease. Move in date is August 1st. w00t.

Arrrgggh. I just typed my longest blog to date, and blogger died and gave me a DNS error. Gone. All gone. I'll have to repost some of the stuff and leave out the boring bits (it was all boring actually).

A big thanks to Martin Walker for the new dreambabble logo (the one at the top there). The new splash screen logo was created by me. If you can't figure it out, its the Chinese symbol for "dream". I love computer art, Adobe Photoshop can make almost anyone look like they have some artistic ability =).

I redid the cruise photos on ClubPhoto. Now there are less pictures, but they are categorized into 5 albums. Take a look.

Returned from yet another vacation. This time I was in Bermuda. Took a cruise out of NYC. I took over 200 pictures with my digital camera. You can view them at my ClubPhoto site. I had to split them up into 4 albums, they only let you put 60 pics in an album. I hope they don't close up shop like Zing.com just did!

The last day of the cruise, I came down with some sort of virus. Now my throat is on fire.

The cruise ship pictured in file dcp_0258 was a Royal Caribbean ship that went to the same place as our Princess ship. We sailed side by side for most of the way there and back. However, on the way back to NYC from Bermuda, they had an engine fire. They had to return to Bermuda and fly all of their passengers home. CNN has a news report on it. I think they are all getting a free cruise ;).

Got back from Vega$ Friday night. I can't wait until I go back! Great time. I took some pictures. There's a few pics of me and my friends, and a nice shot of all 5 of us. It was hell coming home. We got back to JFK airport, and we were trapped in the terminal. The fire alarm went off and the fire doors were closed, so we couldn't move. They told us that they were "looking for the keys" to open the door. They found them about an hour later. [sarcasm] I love NY [/sarcasm].
